Fellow soldiers, allies, enemies, and penguins lend me your ears.

    They say that everyone deserves a second chance. If this is true, then why not me? I was only leader for two weeks. Ever since then I have asked myself and everyone else, what did I do wrong? I never got a great answer. So, I am here to ask you…

What did I do wrong as leader?

    As leader of the Army of Club Penguin, it is my promise to restore great times and even create many new great times in many different ways. And one of them is to bring the Club Penguin Armies out of it’s peaceful hold. So, for me to do this, the first weekend I become leader, I promise to have the second annual ACP versus WW War. And, during the week we will invade the third page of servers (not including Mammoth), as well as Breeze and Snow Fort. I also promise to let your voice be heard. This is my army just as much it is your army. And, I have something new that will hopefully work great. I will create continent divisions of the ACP. Like, for example, European ACP, North American ACP, Austrailian ACP, and so on. I decided to do this mainly because of the Europeans. They usually can’t get online when the Americans are online because it’s about 9:00PM there. And because they are never able to go online when we have wars and other events, they don’t get ranked. And because they don’t get ranked because of the American leaders, they quit. So that’s the reason for the new divisions. I have promised Casiusbrutus the position of the European leader. When I don’t have school during the weekdays he is a stong role model and someone the Europeans look up to. I will also not be leader of the North American ACP. So, there will be an election among the Americans to decide that. I will be leading the International ACP, that puts all of the continents together. I will also introduce a different government system. It will be larger so that a lot of people can have a position. Our Government System will remain a democracy, but it will have more positions than the few we have now. It will include a House of Representatives. The House of Rep. will contain a total of 22 members. It shall also contain the Senate. Which, will hold a total of 14 members. The DRACP government will also contain a court system, otherwise known as a Judicial Branch. This will be used when there is a rebellion, and we need to goto court. It will contain a total of 9 people. And this brings us to the executive branch. There will be a President, Vice President (elected), and a Secretary of State (chosen). As well as 7 people in the President’s closet. That’s our government plan. There will also be a 2 chats for the members of ACP. One for battles and the other for chatting. I will also bring back the ACP Forums, making them popular again. And, we will expand to different games. This way we can be intriduced to new games and have more members going back in forth. We should be called the Army of Online Gaming, not just the Army of Club Penguin. Now finally, my small army plan. The following servers will be available to have land grants. Ice Age, Ice Pack, Ice Pond, Ice Bound, Marshmallow, Ice Breaker, Ice Cold, Ice Cube, Ice Rink, and Ice Land. And here’s how we will run for the smaller armies, you don’t mess with us, we won’t mess with you. I, myself think that small armies are just made because the leader will never get a high rank in a larger army. I’m here to tell you that you can get a high rank in an army. And, with me as leader, you will get a high rank in the army eventually. After hard work and going to the many wars we will have, then, is when you will get a high rank in the army. I didn’t join ACP to be in the state of peace or do nothing, and niether did you.

Hello again, I’m here to give the political plan for ACP.

The server plan will be the following, we will invade the third page of servers (not including Mammoth), and also invade Snow Fort and Breeze. Penguins, I join you today to state what I will do as leader, and why it is you should elect me for leader.

As leader, I promise to…

• Let your voice be heard. I will respond to most of your comments made on posts, answering all your questions.
• Create Continent Divisions. This will be something new, having Continent ACP Leaders like the North American ACP and the European ACP, as well as the International ACP.
• Have more wars and battles. If you go on any army website, will you see anything about an upcoming battle? This needs to change. We can have wars while we have school, and with the divisions, we can have different battles at different times to make sure that every member can get to a battle.
• Different government system. The current one is small, while the ACP is large. I already have a constitution set at http://theconfidentialbookofacp.wordpress.com/a1/.
• Two chats. We currently have only one chat, which is members only. There will be one chat for battles, and another chat to just… chat!
• The ACP forums to relive. The forums were popular, so why not restore them?
• Expand to more games. Why should we just stop at Club Penguin? We should be called the AOG (Army of Online Gaming) Then, we could get more members in the army!

And no, this does not mean I will become the President/Dictator of ACP. But, I will schedule way more battles for the ACP so we can bring Club Penguin armies out of it’s peaceful hold. I didn’t join ACP to be in the state of peace or do nothing, and niether did you.
