    Uncle Arctic: If a curse word is said, The Moderators should ban the person for 24 hours. So, they might be banned, but like if you aren’t playing Club Penguin for 10 Min, you will still be online, but you can’t do anything. Does that answer your question?

    Uncle Arctic: I beleive that Rapidy uses an art program he has on his computer. Then under Presentation theirs a Custom Image Header he uses.
